We are a tenant-owned co-operative with 85 properties and 90 tenancies, based in Longsight, Manchester. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic worker, with a firm understanding of social housing and co-operative principles.
The role entails responsibility for financial and administrative processes. The role holder will work closely with the Management Committee, Tenancy Groups and the Administrative Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the co-operative.
Duties will include the day-to-day running of the Co-op, liaising with tenants, overseeing and scheduling of repairs and maintenance, management of finances, rent, tenancies and properties.
Hours of work: 22.5 per week (full-time equivalent 35 hours), over 3 days, with generous holiday provision.
Salary beginning at £25,463 (NJC 28) pro rata. (For the role this equates to £16,368)
